<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor exhibiting excellent operation efficiency by controlling an excitation signal being fed to the motor coil. <P>SOLUTION: The motor comprises a combination of a plurality of coil sets and permanent magnets wherein the coil set is supplied with an excitation signal from a drive circuit such that it is excited alternately with different pole and the permanent magnets are arranged such that a plurality of pole elements are excited alternately with different pole. The drive circuit supplies the coil set with an excitation signal having a predetermined frequency and moves the coil set and permanent magnet relatively through magnetic attraction-repellence between the coil and permanent magnet. Furthermore, the drive circuit supplies the coil set with a waveform signal corresponding to the pattern of a counter electromotive voltage being generated in response to relative movement between the coil set and permanent magnet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
