<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a satisfactory color image, by preventing the entire image from becoming unnatural in correcting constituents for deciding the colors of the image, such as brightness. <P>SOLUTION: Target pixel data are converted into pixel values of an RGB space, a first color space (S202), and is converted in accordance with instructed brightness parameter (S203). Also, the target pixel data are converted into pixel values of a color space of YCbCr, a second color space (S205), and corrected in accordance with a instructed brightness parameter (S206).
