<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a header for wire connection easy to form a contact part between a post and a contact, and collectively connect electric wires by using a thread solder, and a connector for wire connection. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of posts 11 arranged at one side of a body are jointed to jointing parts 31 at end parts of contact part 11b side thereof, and formed into a hoop material 3 so as to become comb shape as a whole. Next, two sheets of hoop materials are inserted into the body in a shape that terminal parts 11a are aligned in one line. Next, respective posts 11 are separated from the jointing part 31 at the position shown by a dashed-line L1. Since the terminal parts 11a are aligned in a shape of one line, collective connection of core wires C1 of coaxial cables C using a thread solder is facilitated. Furthermore, since the contact parts 11b contacting the contacts are arranged in opposition to each other with the body interposed between, the pitch of the contact parts 11b is widened, and the contact parts 11b becomes easy to be formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
