PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional system that large working hours are required in a large-diameter dynamo-electric machine, for example, a water-wheel generator since a rotor rim is of such structure that it can be shrink-fitted not to separate during operation from a rotor spoke so as to suppress the vibration change of the rotor rim. SOLUTION: The end plate 22 of a rotor spoke member 2 and the internal perimeter of the rotor rim 3 are provided with slots 5 and 6 in the shape of tub tails, respectively, and a torque key 7 in the shape of a tub tail is inserted between them, and an elastic member 9 is inserted between the torque key and the rotor rim, so the torque key, the rotor rim, and the rotor spoke member stick fast to one another in its circumferential direction, which can restrict the motion and the elliptic transformation of the rotor rim and relieve the tensile force in radial direction added to the torque key by means of the elastic member.
