PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-editing device etc. capable of simplifying the structure of a camera by easily performing image-editing, along the intention of a photographer. SOLUTION: In the image-editing device, biological information obtained by a line of sight/angular velocity detector 7, the information, such as the line of sight direction or the angular velocity of a head when a user observes an object is recorded in a recording memory 157 so that the information is correlated to time information from a timer 123 about the time when the biological information is recorded, and image data are recorded in the recording memory 157 so that the data are correlated to the time information. The recorded image data are read, and a first CPU 161 applies predetermined editing processing to the image data, on the basis of the biological information recorded at the same time as the read image data.
