PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic closing door in which the structure of a gripping means is simplified and the automatic closing force is freely adjusted by only adjusting the advance/retreat length of an adjusting screw. SOLUTION: The door is provided with: a pair of pivot shafts fixed to a frame body (1) at least at one side rotatably supporting the door body (2) against the frame body 1; and a torsion bar spring (11) fixed at one end to the pivot shaft (4) fixed to the frame body and fixed to the door body at the other end through the gripping means. The gripping means has an arm (11a) formed by folding the other end of the torsion bar spring, an adjusting screw (12) twisting the torsion bar spring by the contact with the arm, and a bracket (13) fixed to the door body retaining the adjusting screw capable of being turned to move back and forth. By bringing the adjusting screw into contact with the arm formed at one end of the torsion bar spring, the automatic closing force is generated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
