PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a urethane-urea resin particularly capable of providing good dispersion of magnetic substances. SOLUTION: A method for producing the urethane-urea resin comprises reacting a urethane prepolymer (a) having terminal isocyanate groups with an epoxy prepolymer (b) having secondary amino groups.
