PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishery processing wastewater scum treatment method which can form dehydratable froth by properly modifying a treatment condition according to a situation even when the kind and composition of scum in wastewater to be treated are not fixed as the integrated drainage system of a fishery processing industries park. SOLUTION: The fishery processing wastewater scum treatment method comprises a process for removing oil from fishery processing wastewater scum, a process for adding activated pulp fine fiber to the wastewater scum cleared of the oil and mixing them, a process for adding a synthetic polymer coagulant to the mixture and mixing them to form hydrated cakes, and a process for dehydrating the hydrated cakes to recover the solid residue.
