摘要 A power circuit for an electronic machine includes first and second step-up circuits, and a voltage applier. The first step-up circuit has a step-up transformer and a current controller. The current controller controls the amount of current supplied to the primary side of the step-up transformer according to the amount of voltage at the secondary side of the step-up transformer, so that the voltage applied to the primary side of the step-up transformer by a D.C. power source is stepped up to a first voltage. The second step-up circuit steps voltage applied by the D.C. power source up to a second voltage being smaller the first voltage. The voltage applier applies the second voltage to the secondary side of the step-up transformer. The current controller controls the amount of current supplied to the primary side of the step-up transformer according to the second voltage when the first step-up circuit starts, so that rush current caused by starting the first step-up circuit is restrained.
