<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit a frictional moment transmitted from a frictional joint to a specific maximum value. <P>SOLUTION: This frictional joint includes a driving component 34, 35, an output component 55, 34 and a frictional element 52 for transmitting frictional moment between the driving component and the output component.
