<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar panel (solar battery panel) so formed that its angle can be adjusted, commonly installable on both an outdoor unit and a separate frame, and enabling the commonization of an angle adjusting mechanism part thereto. <P>SOLUTION: This power generation device comprises the solar panel generating power utilized for the separator type air conditioner. A pair of right and left side support legs are fixed so that its installation angle can be changed and a pair of right and left side support legs can be rotatably connected to a pair of right and left side mounting members.
