PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium put-out device which enables building using the component parts such as a drive means with the optimum design and performance without restricting the mounting of other parts within the body of the game machine, unreasonably expanding the range between the game machines nor being limited to those having the possiblity of being miniaturized and made thinner as much as possible. SOLUTION: The body of the game medium put-out device is arranged as to be installed outside the game machine and is installed outside the machine and is positioned behind the rear of the game machine and above it. Being controlled by the control means, the pachinko balls are transferred along a transfer path by a drive means and when the number of balls detected by a number of put-out balls detection means reaches the prescribed value, the driving of the drive means is stopped. A replenishing path where the pachinko balls supplied to a ball dispenser are reserved is made to communicate in the course of the transfer path and the pachinko balls to be supplied to the ball dispenser are reserved by those required alone with a changeover shutter at the inlet of the replenishing path.
