<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform automatic preparation and support of a cooking work schedule. <P>SOLUTION: This cooking work schedule preparation system has: a dish master 2 storing foodstuffs/weight of a plurality of dishes; a foodstuff master 3 storing a thermal diffusion factor of the foodstuff; a pretreatment process master 4 storing a pretreatment process of the foodstuff corresponding to the dish; a pretreatment equipment master 5 storing a treatment time per weight of equipment performing pretreatment of the foodstuff; a cooking process master 7 storing a cooking process of the foodstuff corresponding to the dish; a cooking equipment master 6 storing a treatment time per treatment weight of cooking equipment; and a work schedule preparation device 1 preparing the cooking work schedule for cooking the dish on the basis of a plurality of pieces of inputted information. Based on the plurality of inputted dishes, the thermal diffusion factor of the foodstuff is extracted from the masters 2, 3, each the pretreatment process and the cooking process are extracted from the masters 4, 7, the treatment time per weight of the foodstuff is extracted from the equipment masters 5, 7, and the cooking work schedule is prepared on the basis of extracted data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
