PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve error correcting capability, reproduction reliability, and recording density with regard to a data structure of data having error correction codes of two sorts. SOLUTION: When sectioning information data, a CRC code produced from the information data, and data block composed of the information data and CRC code so that one row becomes a byte count of a predetermined number width to arrange the data in a two-dimensional form, the data structure comprises a first correction code composed of longitudinal parities produced for information data arranged in a longitudinal direction of the arrangement and the CRC code, information data at a left and diagonally lower position separated, by a predetermined interval, sequentially from the information data at a predetermined reference position of the sector data for sector data in which the first correction code is added to the rear of the two-dimensional arrangement to further form a two-dimensional arrangement, and a second correction code composed of oblique parities produced from a data string formed by selecting a plurality of the CRC codes and first correction codes.
