METHOD FOR ASSESSING STATE OF UTERINE CICATRICE AFTER CAESARIAN SECTION ALLOWING FOR NATURAL DELIVERY

The method for assessing the state of the uterine cicatrice after Caesarian section allowing for the natural delivery provides for the ultrasonic scanning of the cicatrice with the aim of assessing its density and width and the clinical examination of the correspondence between the sizes of the pelvis and the head of the fetus in full-term pregnancy. The opening of the cervix without significant pain syndrome at the rate of 1.5-2 cm/h is indicative of such state of the uterine cicatrice, which allows for the natural delivery.
