METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF ANTIFOAM

Utility model relates to the chemical industry, in particular, to the production of antifoams. The method of obtaining the antifoam includes treatment of polymethyl siloxane liquid (PMS-200A) by surfactants. The mixture on the basis of amides of unsaturated fatty acids and diluent is used as the surfactant, the treatment is conducted during mixing of mixture during 15-30 minutes before obtaining of uniform binding mass, which is thinned at mixing during 10-15 minutes. For simplification of the technology of obtaining antifoam the amides of unsaturated fatty acids are introduced into PMS-200A at ratio (0,01-1):(1-3), the ethylene diamides of unsaturated fatty acids are used as amides of unsaturated fatty acids.
