TECHNIQUE FOR TAILORING NEOPHALLUS IN CONGENITAL PATHOLOGY OF PENIS

The technique for tailoring neophallus in the congenital pathology of penis comprises modeling the tube-shaped structure from the complex of the tissues on the vascular and nervous peduncle followed by its transplantation to the pubic area with nervous and vascular anastomoses applied. First, the skin of the penis is removed. The penis is descended into the scrotum in such a way that glans penis extended outwards through the wall of the scrotum near the root of neophallus.
