USER TERMINAL, NETWORK MANAGING SERVER, NETWORK CONTROL SYSTEM, AND NETWORK DRIVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect information on an application used in a user terminal on a setting change of a network device without converting an existing application.

SOLUTION: In a network driver positioned at a low rank of the application of the user terminal 10, a specified packet transmitted from the application is temporarily held, the held packet is analyzed and necessary information (port number, coding system and the like) is extracted and the information is transmitted to a network managing server 20. The network managing server 20 changes setting of the network device 30 on the basis of received information and returns a response message to the user terminal 10. A network driver of the user terminal 10 releases holding of the held packet and transmits it to an arbitrary terminal or the like by reception of the response message.
