PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an execution frequency of a transaction, to reduce a preparation cycle accompanying a transaction start, and to improve transfer efficiency of burst transfer when performing the burst transfer. SOLUTION: A burst number wherein the burst transfer is performed is set to a transmission burst number register 71. A transmission burst length counter 76 counts the burst number wherein data transmission is executed in one transaction of the burst transfer. When starting one transaction in the burst transfer, the counter 76 is initialized, and the counter 76 is advanced every time the burst transfer is performed. When the transaction is completed before the data transfer of the set burst number is performed, the counter 76 is initialized when starting the burst transfer in the transaction next to the transaction.
