PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve inconvenience of an enlarged air draft and projection of a hatch cover from a vessel side because the hatch cover is opened and closed in a vessel side direction. SOLUTION: In a bulk loading cargo vessel having a plurality of wide hatchways 2, a hatch cover 5 opening and closing the hatchway 2 is made of one panel, and each hatch cover 5 is moved to forward and backward directions, so as to open and close the hatchways 2.
