PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and compact water system of dialysis facility capable of reducing the BOD and COD levels of dialysis waste liquid and washing waste liquid, treating them to be waste water complying with the water quality standard of pH or the like, suppressing the generation of organic foreign matters in a dialyzer and a flow path for the efficient operation of the dialyzer. SOLUTION: The water system of the dialysis facility is composed of an RO water supply means 1, a washing liquid supply means 2, the dialyzer 3 and a dialysis waste liquid treating apparatus 4. The treatment of the dialysis waste liquid of the dialyzer 3 and the treatment of the sterilization/washing waste liquid of the piping system of the dialyzer 3 are performed by the same treating apparatus, and the treating process of the dialysis waste liquid and the treating process of the sterilization/washing waste liquid of the piping system are overlapped.
