摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop/provide a method for producing a fried food, capable of leaving a shape of a sauce applied to the fried food sharply on the food, even after the elapse of time, capable of giving a good outward appearance to the food, capable of preventing the sauce from adhering to a packaging bag, nor a packaging box, when the food is received therein as it is, and capable of applying the sauce seasoning material which is thoughtfully devised to the food. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the fried food has production processes for applying the sauce to a fried material comprising a daily dish or a food with a delicate flavor, wherein the processes comprise a process for cooling the fried foods (1) which are fried in an oil or baked to a temperature of the foods of about 40&deg;C and aligning the fried foods in parallel on a production line, while preventing the fried foods from overlapping one another, and a process for applying the sauce seasoning material (2) to each of the fried foods in a linear shape or a zonal shape in such a manner that the sauce seasoning material is mixed with a gelling agent in an amount of 0.5-10 wt% based on a total amount of the seasoning material, heated/agitated to a temperature of the material of 80&deg;C to 100&deg;C, cooled to a temperature of the material of &le; 60&deg;C, and applied to fried food. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
