<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing minus hydrogen ion to be eaten comprising taking minus hydrogen ion which comes up in conversation in the context of air purification, mineralization of tap water or the like, directly into the body so as to change cell-forming moisture into minus hydrogen ion to eliminate active oxygen existing/generating in the body and aiming at improvement and activation of the physical condition so as to improve metabolism of cells. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing minus hydrogen ion to be eaten comprises the following process: using coral calcium as a minus hydrogen ion-emitting substance; subjecting the coral calcium to two-stage firing comprising oxidation firing and reduction firing so as to be served as food. Specifically, the method comprises forming a mixture of the coral calcium and wheat flour, subjecting the mixture to the oxidation firing and the reduction firing, pulverizing the fired mixture, and making the pulverized mixture into a tablet or a capsule to produce the negative hydrogen ion (H<SP>-</SP>) to be eaten. The method enables successive improvement and activation of the physical condition through changing the moisture in the cells of the body into the negative hydrogen ion (H<SP>-</SP>) so that it is expected to prevent adult disease, fatness and cancer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
