PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a video signal of high quality by using a component signal whose interference between signals is smaller than a composite signal while an area of a jack is miniaturized as it is. SOLUTION: A signal superposition circuit 11 superimposes a luminance signal 9 and a horizontal-vertical synchronizing signal 10 used for synchronizing television display, and generates a digital superposition luminance signal 1. The generated digital superposition luminance signal 1, a color difference signal (Cb) 2 and a color difference signal (Cr)3 are D/A-converted in a D/A conversion circuit part 4, and they become analog superposition luminance signals. The analog superposition luminance signals corresponding to the digital superposition luminance signal 1 and the color difference signals 2 and 3 are outputted to a quadrupole mini jack 6 through a 75Ωdriver circuit part 5. The three analog superposition luminance signals corresponding to the luminance signal and the color difference signals outputted through 75Ωdrivers 5a, 5b and 5c are independently connected to three terminals in terminals that the quadrupole mini jack 6 has.
