PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block EMI filter wherein the mount efficiency of a printed circuit board can be enhanced and the flexibility of assembling can be improved. SOLUTION: The filter has a first conductive wire 41 which is inserted from the bottom to the top of a first ferrite core 31 and a first through-capacitor 21 among a plurality of through-capacitors which are stood upright on an insulation board 60 almost side by side. Further, the first conductive wire is U-turned on a front side 60a of the insulation board and inserted through a second ferrite core 32 and the second through-capacitor 22. In addition, a second conductive wire 41 is inserted through a third ferrite 33 nearly in parallel with the first conductive wire, and base end parts 41a, 42a, 41b, 42b of the first and second conductive wires used to fit an electronic component 80 conductively between the first and second conductive wires are conducted to external electrodes 67f, 67b via conductive patterns 66a, 66b, 66c, 66d formed on a rear side 60f of the board without being projected downwardly from the rear side 60f.
