PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat structure which is stably movable in the longitudinal direction while realizing drop-in to a lower level floor. SOLUTION: A slide rail 41 along the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body is provided on a high level floor of a stepped floor 33 having a low level floor 31 on the front side of the vehicle body and a high level floor 32 on the rear side of the vehicle body. A seat back 28 is forward-tiltably and pivotably supported by a sliding part 42 which is guided by the slide rail to slide, and a rear portion of a seat cushion frame 39 extending downwardly and then extending forwardly is turnably and pivotably supported to link-couple a front portion of the seat cushion frame with the low level floor. An abutting plate 61 is provided, which is abutted on a back side of the seat back while a seat cushion body 38 to be held by the seat cushion frame is dropped into the low level floor.
