The dispenser can be formed such that the alarm from the alarm means is not issued when the beverage is discharged and also a switching means (56) capable of disabling the operation of the alarm means can be installed in the dispenser. As a result, the access of an operator, particularly, a person with evil intent to the nozzles inside the dispenser for the beverage can be informed to those around the dispenser.
