<p>The apparatus for the pyrolytic treatment of the polymer wastes comprising the feeder of the wastes, reactor equipped with the scrapper and stirrer, connected with the heating unit and the unit for the impurities removal. The apparatus consists of at least one flow reactor (2, 2') of the pipe shape which acts as constitute the diaphragme heat exchanger, advantageously placed vertically and directly connected with the closed container (4) with the melted polymer (5) in which are immersed the melting units (6) with the removable baskets (7). Reactor (2, 2') and the container (4) with the melted polymer (5) are placed inside the common casing (1) and they form a compact construction in which there is the jacket channel (14) between the container (4) and the casing (1) for the flow of the exhaust gases from the heating unit to the exhaust collector (15). Additionally in the container (4) there is the unit for the impurities removal which acts as a filter (23) of the solid products of the pyrolysis and finely impurities.</p> |
