The medicinal composition contains as an active ingredient an indoline derivative represented by the following general formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. The medicinal composition is useful in the prevention or treatment of overactive bladder accompanying nervous disorders such as cerebrovascular disorder, Parkinson's disease, and myelopathia. In the formula, R represents optionally substituted aliphatic acyl, optionally substituted lower alkyl, optionally substituted aromatic acyl, etc.; R<1> represents cyano or carbamoyl; and R<2> represents optionally substituted lower alkyl.
