<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller made of polyurethane foam, hardly causing dissipation and transition of amine catalyst, making initial reaction later, having excellent liquid flowability, and not causing defectives. <P>SOLUTION: This polyurethane foam roller is formed of at least one layer of polyurethane by foaming in a mold using polyisocyanate, polyol and catalyst.
