<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the lowering of the communication efficiency of a wireless LAN system caused by the congestion of a system bus. <P>SOLUTION: Memories 303, 304 connected to the system bus are configured as memories for transmission and reception. Each memories 303, 304 has a means capable of directly transferring data to a transmission data transfer processing part 608 and a reception data transfer processing part 518 in addition to the system bus 101.
