COMMUNICATION DEVICE, COMMUNICATION METHOD, AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve throughput by aggregation of transmission frames while maintaining quality of service (QoS) for communications.

SOLUTION: The communication device comprises a frame generating means and a transmitting means. The frame generating means generates a physical frame containing a MAC frame with a need for delivery acknowledgement indicative of reception at the receiving side and a MAC frame without a need for the delivery acknowledgement out of a plurality of MAC frames to be transmitted, and containing identification information indicative of necessary/unnecessary for the delivery acknowledgement for each MAC frame according to the necessity of the delivery acknowledgement of respective MAC frame. The transmitting means transmits the physical frame generated by the frame generating means.
