PURPOSE: An electrostimulation acupoint therapeutic machine is provided, which can promote blood circulation and autonomic nerve of the human body through electrostimulation and laser irradiation. CONSTITUTION: An electrostimulation acupoint therapeutic machine comprises: a handle part(100); a roller support(200) which is detachably combined with the tip-end part of the handle part; a roller(300) which is rotationally combined; a laser emitting unit(400) arranged in the lower base of the roller support; and a controller installed inside the handle part. The roller support includes: a support piece supporting both sides of the roller; a seating plane in which the laser emitting unit is installed; and a connecting part which is detachably combined with the handle part.
