SHIPPING AND DISPLAY CARTON

A shipping and display carton (10) comprises top flaps (16, 17, 20, 21) which are foldably connected to front and rear side walls (11, 12) and end walls (13, 14) and a pair of fastening devices (36, 37) for securing the top flap (17) of the rear side wall (12) to the top flaps (20, 21) of the end walls (13, 14) in a folded-down position. The carton (10) also comprises a tear-away part (C) which includes a section of the front side wall (11) and the top flap (16) connected to the front side wall (11) and is removable for conversion of the carton from a shipping configuration into a display configuration.
