The microprocessor receives the program data information from the server of the pub is net in its predetermined format via the external data receiving element and stores that information in that said program information memory. And the displaying panel displays the information on that said program information location. That portable program forenotice device is used for receiving the program's forenotice and the schedule of broadcasting, based on the technology of internet service and computer software.
