A C-shaped wave washer (10) has mountain sections (11) and valley sections (12) alternately formed in the circumferential direction and has an opening (13) formed in a part in the circumferential direction. The wave washer (10) has a connection section (14) at a position in the circumferential direction, on the opposite side of the opening (13). Adjacent valley sections (12) are connected to each other through the connection section (14). The connection section (14) is formed near the position (G) of the center of gravity in the direction of rotation axis of the wave washer (10).
