PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electronic apparatus which has a high operability and is provided with a flat display panel. SOLUTION: In an electronic apparatus 100, an apparatus main body 101 and a display part 102 are coupled by hinges 202 and 203 in two positions so that an angle and a position of the display part 12 can be adjusted, and a rim part 106 is provided on the surface of the apparatus main body 101 so that an end part of the display part 102 is brought into contact with the rim part 106, and the first hinge 202 is so constituted that the display part 102 is turned with a small force to widen an angle between the display part 102 and the apparatus main body 101 but a large force is required to turn the display part 102 to reduce the angle, and the first hinge 202 is provided with a mechanism which locks the display part 102 when the display part 102 is turned to such a position that it is opened from the apparatus main body 101 at the largest angle.
