PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starter of an internal-combustion engine for a motorcycle equipped with a rear wheel axle attached to the side of the rear wheel and a crank shaft parallel with the axle and making the drive with the rear wheel rotated, wherein the crank shaft dimension is shortened and the starter and and the internal-combustion engine are constructed small. SOLUTION: The starter of the internal-combustion engine for motorcycle is equipped with the ACG rotor installed at one end of the crank shaft opposite the rear wheel in such a way as consolidated with the crank shaft, a cooling fan installed on the outside of the ACG rotor, a scroll cover to send the cooling wind generated by the fan to high temperature parts such as the periphery of a cylinder block etc., a starter motor equipped with a gear rotating round a rotary shaft parallel with the crank shaft and hopping out in the direction of the rotary shaft and attached to a crank case, and a follower gear installed on the peripheral surface of the ACG rotor and meshing with the hop-out gear of the starter motor, wherein the gear hop-out part of the starter motor is positioned near the termination part of inside the scroll cover.
