PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding device capable of time and labor required for exchanging work of a processing means. SOLUTION: The paper processing device 1 processing the paper while carrying the paper, comprises a carrying means 2 for carrying the paper one by one; a cutting device portion 4 and a folding type forming device portion 5 provided in the middle of a carrying path 20 structured by the carrying means 2, and carrying out processing of predetermined contents to the paper; and a carrying driving means for driving the carrying means 2 and a processing driving means for driving the processing device portion which are disposed on a device body 10. The cutting device portion 4 and the folding type forming device portion 5 have processing means that carry out processing, and are detachably provided to the device body 10.
