PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor illuminating lamp capable of obtaining outgoing light of spectroscopic distribution curve without any variation close to natural light and enhancing the color rendering property. SOLUTION: The indoor illuminating lamp 21 has a design part 31 with a lens 29 fixed to a housing 27 to be mounted on an opening 25 formed in an interior member of a vehicle, and a functional part 35 which is arranged on the back side of the interior member 23 by being supported by the design part 31, and provided with a light source 33. The light source 33 comprises a filament to emit light at a predetermined chromaticity and a protective member which covers the filament to transmit the light from the filament, and the protective member and the lens 29 are constituted of the same color.
