The present invention consists in the construction or perforation of absorption wells that are drilled at a predetermined depth and diameter for introducing rain water therein collected from streets, avenues, parks, gardens an the like so that water can be filtered into the subsoil for supplying aquifers, since the natural refill is not accomplished due to asphalt and concrete plates and the piping of rivers and streams in large cities, which avoid penetration of rain water regardless the large amount thereof. The aforementioned aspects interrupt the hydrological cycle, thus causing the population to run out of water and the aquifers static levels to decrease, said levels being recovered by the present method. The main characteristic of the present invention is the use of rainwater for recovering the aquifers lost levels for improving the population welfare, since the water extraction-refill ratio is unfavourable for the aquifers.
