PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional dielectric resonator wherein there is no means for joining the dielectric resonator with a support base, without decreasing the Q-value characteristic. SOLUTION: In a ceramic body for a dielectric resonator for supporting a dielectric resonance element 1 via a support base 3, a projection 2 is provided to the lower face of the dielectric resonance element 1 and an end face of the projection 2 is jointed with the upper side of the support base 3.
