PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the danger of an electric shock through an easy operation when an auxiliary power unit is disposed of. SOLUTION: A balance circuit 12A which eliminate charging variance among 8 large-capacity capacitors 8 once the capacitors 8 are connected in series is formed on a balance circuit board 13, a division line 13a is formed at a lengthwise center part of the balance circuit board 13, and division lines 13b, 13c, and 13d are formed at right angles thereto to enable the balance circuit board to easily be divided into 8 parts by the capacitors. When the auxiliary power unit is disposed of, the balance circuit 13 is divided into the 8 parts along the division lines 13a to 13d to eliminate the danger of an electric shock.
