PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire changing device capable of changing even a large sized tire such as used for construction machinery or the like. SOLUTION: The tire changing device is equipped with a carrier (23) fixed to a traveling vehicle body (12), a base frame (24) movably mounted to the carrier (23) in the right and left direction, a slide mast (25) vertically movably mounted to the base frame (24), a pressing arm (36) turnably mounted to the slide mast (25), a pressing roller (38) fixed to the pressing arm (36) by defining the fore and aft direction as a rotating axis, a pair of right and left forks (30, 30) mounted to the base frame (24), a support rollers (33, 33) fixed to the forks (30, 30) by defining the fore and aft direction as the rotating axis, and a rotation mechanism (34) rotating the support rollers (33, 33).
