PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible packaging material with high concealing properties capable of obtaining light shielding properties and concealing properties by an concealing ink layer in order to provide the light shielding properties and the concealing properties without using a metal layer such as aluminum. SOLUTION: This flexible packaging material is a flexible packaging material wherein the concealing ink layer (12), the first white ink layer (14) and the second white ink layer (15) are printed in layers on a sealant layer (11) forming the inside of the packaging material by laminating one or two layers of resin films, and a picture pattern layer (16) is formed on this layer, and a transparent resin film (17) for forming the outside of the packaging material is provided on this picture pattern layer. A printing ink forming the concealing ink layer is constituted by providing the concealing ink layer with a compounding ratio of 89-95% white ink, 3-7% yellow ink and 2-4% India ink.
