PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an escaping device for a vessel and a vessel provided with this capable of shortening the time for escaping to the outside of the vessel at emergency and preventing escaping delay of passengers/crew. SOLUTION: The escaping device 11 for the vessel is used for refuging from the vessel 10 and is characterized in that it is provided with a duct 12 for communicating an engine room 3 and an escaping deck 2; an escaping capsule 13 constituted movably in the duct 12; and pushing up means 16, 17 for pushing up the escaping capsule 13 from the engine room 3 to the escaping deck 2.
