Heat exchanger arrangement comprises a first flow chamber for a medium to be heated delimited by an inner wall (32) and an outer wall (36) and a second flow chamber for hot combustion products produced in a burner (12). The second flow chamber has a first flow chamber region, in which the combustion products flow along the inner wall, and a second flow chamber region, in which the combustion products flow along the outer wall. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle heater comprising a burner and the above heat exchanger arrangement. Preferred Features: The inner wall has heat exchanger ribs (46) in its region delimiting the first flow chamber region.
