HIGH GENE EXPRESSION SYSTEM IN MICROORGANISM OF GENUS STREPTOMYCES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high substance expression system with a microorganism belonging to the genus Streptomyces.

SOLUTION: A DNA structure contains an H-nitrile hydratase gene promoter or its mutant, a gene encoding an H-nitrile hydratase transcriptional control protein or its mutant, and a gene encoding a transcription-activating protein or its mutant, and a method for producing the expression product is characterized by culturing a host bacterium transduced with a vector functionally containing the DNA structure and a DNA participating in autonomous replication in a host microbial cell, and then collecting the expression product of a target gene or its mutant from the obtained culture product.
