<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data for effect measurement necessary for direct marketing. <P>SOLUTION: When an advertising effect measurement supporting server 12 receives access based on address information including reference in response to designation from a client machine to network advertisements applied with reference to uniquely specify the place of the delivery of manuscripts, a reference acquiring part 22 associates session information with the reference, and temporarily stores it in response to the access.
