PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a problem that a burden of a thumb is considerable enough to cause tenosynovitis since high-speed key inputting is difficult and inputting is mainly performed with the thumb in a numeric keypad of a cellular phone where a key pitch is small and pressing-down force is great. SOLUTION: A "matrix board" constituted by disposing a plurality of function keys to be highly frequently used on a ten key pad using key switches for notebook-sized PC wherein touch typing inputting can be performed with all fingers, is mounted on an upper surface of the numeric keypad of the cellular phone so as to partially overlap with each other. An output of the matrix keyboard is coupled to a control circuit section by a membrane sheet, and electrically coupled to an interface receptacle of the cellular phone by a connector provided in the control circuit section via this membrane sheet. The matrix keyboard and the control circuit section are housed in an independent housing, respectively and coupled so as to be freely rotated by using a link having holes to be fitted to shafts provided in terminal portions of the both.
